Flu season is here!
Military personnel stationed at Bothawui Garrison lined up yesterday morning to receive mandatory immunizations against the Bothan Flu. First in line? ACO, Brigadier General Vincent Lytear – who’d received his immunization and then proceeded to speak with soldiers awaiting their turn in the auditorium being utilized as the reception area.
Though potentially life-threatening to native Bothans, the Bothan Flu still maintains the threat of afflicting troops with debilitating ailments ranging from nausea, aching joints, and a mild throat irritation.
Literature for the Bothan Flu immunization was made readily available to both civilian and military personnel present in light of recent allegations that the immunization was a form of mind control being utilized by the NIO military.
Said the General, “Absolutely ridiciulous! I would never authorize the mental alteration of my soldiers. Their safety is my top priority and this shot is just another step towards ensuring their continued health now.”

Dedicated planning and effort between the Imperial Security Bureau and New Imperial Army culminated in the apprehension of a criminal cell operating from Kothlis aboard the Kestrel Shield this week in a successful raid under the command of 2nd Lieutenant Greg Black-Granger.
Tracked by [ISB] agents from Kothlis to the “Shield”, known narcotics dealers were nearing the completion of a transfer in goods when Lieutenant Black-Granger’s strike team made their move; apprehending twenty-eight individuals and securing one-hundred and thirty kilos of illegal substances ranging from Ryll to Lesai.
The Kestrel Shield Space Colony II Station has long served as the initial entry point for New Imperial Order personnel both new and old. A near constant sight is the long lines of individuals awaiting their turn at the customs desks and security check-points, identification in hand and eyes brimming with the hope of obtaining that approval mark. It is a carefully orchestrated operation requiring the dedicated efforts of the Order’s finest to ensure a smooth flow both coming and going from the great construct.
An Army spokesman concluded, “It is the stalwart efforts of those who serve the New Order in all capacities which ensure the safety of our populace.”
